Rufus (Ruphus) was a feral boy picked up by animal control in the South. He is very timid and nervous in the kennel and did not allow handling. He is currently in foster where he is doing very well with the other dogs, and slowly overcoming his fear of people. He approaches slowly if treats are offered, but he is still working on his socializing with people. He loves other dogs, and play outside. One of his favorite things to do is chase balls and toys. He would be the perfect addition to a home where slow introductions would be okay and they would take their time getting to know Rufus.
